"Updated 2-18-2024: This agent doesn’t return phone calls. Not sure why, but It’s the 2nd time this has happened. In addition, a coverage was added onto my policy without my authorization or approval and STILL has NOT been deleted yet after multiple requests over two months. BEWARE SLOW CLAIMS SERVICE:! After filing a claim in December when my vehicle was stolen, it took State Farm Claims Dept 7 weeks and 3 days to settle the claim. That is ridiculous (huge understatement). This SLOW claims service also cost State Farm an extra $350 in claim expenses for my rental vehicle and cost me $148 out of pocket. Absolutely TERRIBLE claims service. Their adjuster tried to short pay the original estimate by 33%, and then eventually the repair center gave up and discounted a legitimate estimate by 25% just so they could release my brochure that had been fully repaired for 3 weeks to me. That is a classic example of BAD FAITH by their claims department that cost both State Farm and myself substantial additional money. WHY would anyone choose STATE FARM OR THIS AGENCY TO PURCHASE INSURANCE? ORIGINAL REVIEW October 2023: Very impressive service provided by knowledgeable agents and office staff. Phone calls are answered immediately during normal business hours and I had the information including pricing and a coverage improvement recommendation that I needed to help with a buying decision between 2 different vehicles in less than 5 minutes. Highly recommend this State Farm agent. They’re the best that I’ve found in Arlington and it’s not even close!"
