"If there were more than 5 stars I would give it to Tamara and Kay! I have been a customer with the agency since Glen Hickson owned this state farm location. I have not had the pleasure to meet Cecy; but I know she must be a great person because she has retained the amazing employees who have ALWAYS taken care of me. Like all consumers I have compared prices over the almost 30 years I have been a customer here and never gotten a better rate quote, nor have I been dropped State Farm because of a claim. I recently had a very difficult situation with my daughter's vehicle and a claim. Tamara went so far beyond helping me, there are absolutely no words to express my gratitude for her. She kept in touch with the service and claims department, advocated for me, contacted me after hours, and reassured me everything would be fine and it was. I would recommend this group to anyone looking for a good agent and if you have the privilege to work with Tamara and/or Kay - you will truly be treated well and greatly blessed.
